My family and I are so blessed to have found Driscoll Childrens Hospital! Very great attention for our daughter and not only her, but great attention for us as parents. The staff was very friendly and professional. That hospital is special, they have almost anything you can think your baby will need while admitted there. Great, great hospital....God Bless the staff and Doctors. Doctor Morales is the Dr. who operated my daughter; God Bless him and his whole staff.

My son was sent to driscoll for testing twice. Both times we had to wait forever to get anything done. I presented my insurance card both times and filled out several papers that were required for the testing. Instead of using my insurance card that was presented and copied and written down they simply went off my old ins card (which is in their system and no longer valid) causing all sorts of billing mix ups and credit problems. They were called not once not twice but three times over this matter and I even went down there to try and resolve the issue when the bills started arriving under my maiden name to which I have never used there, and yet I am still receiving denial letters from my prior ins and overdue bills from the hospital because they refuse to send the bills to the correct ins or change what has been asked of them!! I call and cannot get hold of anyone. I leave a msg and do not get a call in return. This is the most unprofessional medical institution I have ever had to deal with and it makes me wonder just how good their care really is if they cant even get their paperwork straight! I will never take my children there again and I will warn everyone else i nkow to avoid it like the plague! No stars are given because they don't deserve any because why should I care when they don't!

This was a miserable experience as soon as I walked through the door. I rode on the elevator 4 times before someone at the Hospital finally got me where I needed to be. I had a piece of paper from my doctor as to what was being performed and on that paper it referenced floor #2. I went to floor #2 and they sent me to floor #3. I went to floor # 3 and they sent me back to Floor #2. Floor #2 walked me up to floor #3 and into the EEG office. The EEG people then escorted me to floor#1 to register in which this was never mentioned when talking the day before to the EEG people as to what preperations were needed for the test. I did not receive a call back on these procedures until the day right before the test. THIS IS TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE.
