I visited this salon after a botched color treatment from Cost Cutters. Betty is wonderful for color correction. It was amazing how my hair turned out. I've also had highlights applied and they blend so beautifully with your hair. I didn't mind paying the few extra bucks. As for over-confidence, I would rather have somone like Betty who is experienced than some beauty school student who gives cheap looking highlights.
don't let the big ad and coupons lure you in!

I feel the same as the other two people who reviewed this place! I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE TO ANYONE. They offer 50% off coupons for a reason.

THESE ARE BY FAR THE RUDEST PEOPLE I HAVE EVER MET IN MY LIFE! THE STAFF IS UNPROFESSIONAL AND POORLY TRAINED. OH, AND LETS NOT FORGET THE OWNER...IF YOU HAVE A COMPLAINT THERE IS ABSOLUTELY NO USE IN TRYING TO SORT IT OUT WITH HIM. HE IS JUST AS RUDE AND UNPROFESSIONAL AS HIS EMPLOYEES. IF YOU ARE LOOKING TO GET RIPPED OFF AND THEN HAVE TO PAY EXTRA SOMEHWERE ELSE TO GET IT FIXED THEN BY ALL MEANS GO TO BOUTIQUE DU JOUR, WHERE CUSTOMER SERVICE AND SATISFACTION ARE THE LAST PRIORITY!

Seriously the worst service ever. Betty is the worst hairdresser I think I have ever been to in my entire life. I had to go there twice and my hair is still blotchy. She was also sitting there talking about how stupid her clients were and when i told her that was rude she told me to F off. I will seriously never go there and I will make sure every person I know, knows about all of this!
