We are a retired military family and have eaten at many Applebee's in many towns. This is the worst one we have ever been in. The service is terrible and the food is awful!!! We will never go back!!!

ON SEPT. 1, 2008, MY HUSBAND AND I WENT TO APPLEBEE'S FOR DINNER. THE ADVERTISED SPECIAL WAS ENDLESS RIBLETS. WE WAITED 20 MINUTES BEFORE WE WERE EVEN ASKED WHAT WE WOULD LIKE TO DRINK. THE ENTIRE PLACE HAD NO MORE THAN 15 PEAPLE DINING IN IT. WE PLACED OUR ORDER, ONLY TO BE TOLD "THEY WERE OUT OF RIBLETS AND A LOT OF OTHER THINGS ON THE MENU". EVEN THOUGH WE WERE DISSAPPOINTED THAT WE COULD NOT HAVE WHAT WE CAME THERE FOR, WE ORDERED SOMETHING ELSE. IT TOOK OVER 30 MINUTES FOR US TO GET OUR MEAL. I AM NOT SURE THAT WE WILL EVER GO THERE AGAIN BECAUSE OF THE POOR SERVICE AND LACK OF FOOD SITUATION. THANKS FOR YOUR TIME..

The airconditioner works in this restaurant! Also, I enjayed the salad I ordered. It was a Asian variety dish with the sauce on the bottom. I found it very flavorful and tangy. The service was good with friendly wait people. Prices are reasonable.
