Description:
This USS Lexington Museum on the Bay is a decorated U.S. Navy aircraft carrier, which served from 1943 to 1991, is now permanently docked in Corpus Christi to provide visitors a glimpse of its 40 millimeter anti-aircraft guns, officer quarters, flight deck, sick bay, and bridge. Many of the floating museum’s volunteers actually served on the vessel. It is located over the bridge north of Bayfront Science Park.
Hours of Operation:
Open daily Labor Day - Memorial Day 9:00 a.m. - 5:00 p.m.; Open daily Memorial Day - Labor Day 9:00 a.m. - 6:00 p.m.; Parking $3.50.
Admission Details:
Adults $12.95; Seniors (60+) & military $10.95; Children (4-12) $7.95; Children 3 & under are Free.
